PROFESSIONAL MALPRACTICE -- Representing clients who have been harmed by lawyers and other professionals (not taking new medical malpractice cases at this time)

CIVIL RIGHTS -- Representing clients who have been harmed by police and by other government misconduct

These materials are in the areas of state and federal civil procedure (specific to Oregon and Ninth Circuit); discovery; petitioning for attorney fees; the National Environmental Policy Act; and federal and Oregon employment rights.
