We are a general practice law firm, located in downtown Portland, with emphasis in the areas of divorce and family law, personal injury, wrongful death, malpractice, business and property law, probate, estate matters, and appeals. We focus on providing the same services available through larger law firms, at lower cost and with a desire to provide for the personal needs of our clients. We use associate attorneys and paralegals as needed to keep costs down.
Experienced attorneys are available to help you in most areas of the law that affect the average business and citizen every day. When we lack the expertise, we will tell you. We can affiliate, when necessary, with other attorneys and other experts who can provide special consulting services and expertise needed by a client's particular case.
Though we strive to be empathetic with a client's legal problems and to fully understand the needs of each client, we feel we are most competent to provide firm leadership and firm representations, even against the most tenacious attorneys and firms.
Our goal is to bring the best result for our clients, not merely to litigate for its own sake. Litigation should be filed only when the circumstances specifically warrant that course of action, and dispute resolution alternatives have failed or are not warranted.
