Lung Fung Restaurant in North Portland, Oregon was established in the mid-sixties as a typical old fashioned Chinese American Restaurant serving American dishes as well as Chinese Cantonese food. In 1980 Liu Chi and Rebecca purchased the restaurant. Through the past thirty years they have added a variety of new Mandarin and Szechuan dishes to the menu.

Lung Fung Restaurant is a charter member of the North Portland Business Association. They hosted the NPBA Business Meeting from 1992 through 2006. Rebecca joined Soroptimist International of Portland North Area club in 1985 and is a current member. Lung Fung Restaurant supports many charitable activities to help children, women and needy families.
In the Spring of 2004, Lung Fung Restaurant was fully remodeled, adding new windows, seating and the addition of a Banquet Room which can hold up to 40 people. Today Lung Fung Restaurant is considered the most prominent Chinese restaurant in the heart of North Portland.
