Community Management, Inc., AAMC is focused on providing professional, dependable and effective management services to homeowner associations throughout Oregon and Southwest Washington. CMI subscribes to the Code of Ethics of Community Associations Institute (CAI) and Oregon-Washington Community Association Managers (OWCAM). Since 1972, the staff of CMI has undertaken to provide community management service to our clients with the highest degree of integrity and honesty, which is synonymous with our corporate goals.

We are simply overwhelmed by your generosity for our Toy N Joy Drive on November 19, 2010. Two Santa Clauses joined us (we do not know which one was the real Santa) as we greeted more than 160 vendors, awed children and several members of our homeowner associations who braved the wind and the rain to turn out for a very successful Toy Drive. An enormous thank you goes out to the Portland Fire Department for their participation.
We are pleased to announce that due to our joint efforts we received approximately $15,000 in toys, checks and cash. We will be posting pictures on our website throughout the month of December; just click on Community to see all the smiling faces.
