Philosophy & Approach to Therapy
It is my belief that individuals can and will make the best choice for themselves and their families when given the opportunity to constructively focus on their options. My approach as a therapist is to assist clients with this focus to increase awareness of these options. It is also my belief that individuals affect and are affected by the entire family. For this reason, everyone involved is encouraged to attend therapy sessions. Therapy tends to be short-term (6-18 sessions), solution focused and collaborative.
Office hours are from 10AM-6:30PM, Monday through Thursday. My last appointment of the day is at 5:30PM.
My office is located near to downtown at 261 E. 16th St. The building is ADA accessible.
