Our law firm takes on only criminal defense and personal injury legal matters. In our criminal defense practice, we represent people charged with criminal offenses in both state and federal court – our clients are both adults and minors charged with either misdemeanor or felony crimes. In our personal injury practice, we advocate for the rights of the injured and their families.
The law office of Raivio, Kohlmetz & Steen, P.C., is located just outside downtown Portland, across I-405 from PSU and minutes from the Portland Transit Mall, in a private converted 19th-century home convenient both to major freeways and public transportation. Free parking is available in a private lot, and our office is wheelchair accessible.

Experience: Our most senior attorney, H. Scott Raivio has practiced law for more than 30 years, and each of our other three lawyers has more than a decade of legal experience. Our record of success is directly related to our depth of experience.
