At JLYC it's easy for anyone to begin doing yoga. Our Portland yoga classes introduce the principles of alignment and movement, tools for concentration and the essentials of relaxation.
We practice and teach the Iyengar method of yoga which promotes physical health and mental poise while integrating yoga philosophy with the practice of asana (postures).
