Cedric R. Brown's areas of practice are Medical Malpractice, Wrongful Death, Personal Injury, and Discrimination.
Cedric R. Brown grew up in Mississippi at a time when the rights of the poor and African-Americans didnt have real value. He always remembers an incident on a hot summer day when police in Hattiesburg, MS pulled a Black man out of his home and at the same time they beat him repeatedly as he simply attempted to protect himself from the beating. The beating stopped when they threw him into their vehicle like a piece of trash. As a youngster of 5 years old, Cedric knew that what he had just seen was wrong and he wanted to place himself in a position to do something to stop such conduct. Thus, after many years and numerous experiences, he attended Lewis and Clark Law School in Portland, Oregon and was admitted to the Oregon State Bar on 26th day of April 1991. With his JD degree and the license to practice law, he set out to accomplish his goals.
I will fight relentlessly and fairly for a just result to compensate you for the wrong that someone has inflicted upon you. I will not give up your cause. There will be a resolution that we agree upon or a jury will decide that resolution. I am prepared to take your case to trial and I will argue your facts and the law as persuasively as possible. If you have been wronged by the negligence of someone, I will fight for the compensation you deserve.
