Dr. Michael J. Arnot has been in practice for 15 years. He has owned and operated clinics in California and Indiana, as well as the present clinic in Portland, Oregon, which was established in February of 2003.
A pre-med graduate of the University of San Francisco and the Palmer College of Chiropractic, he is licensed to practice in Oregon, California, Ohio, and Indiana. Dr. Arnot is a member of the Palmer College of Chiropractic International Alumni Association and the Hillsdale Business and Professional Association. He is also a member of the ICA (International Chiropractic Association) and OCA ( Oregon Chiropractic Association).
Leah - Office Manager
Leah Maio graduated from Oregon State University in 2004 with a B.S. in Exercise and Sport Science. She has over 8 years of personal and group fitness training for all ages and fitness backgrounds. Leah has been a part of the Hillsdale Chiropractic and Rehabilitation Center team for 6 years and is the current Office Manager.
When not working with patients one might see her running other parts of the office, but running is the key word, since that is her favorite past time along with hiking and photography.
Leigh - Billing Administrator
Leigh Estok graduated from the University of Oregon with a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology. She has 10 years of experience in a diverse background of Sales, Customer Service and Administration.
When she's not at work, she is usually spending time with her son, family and friends, listening to music or singing, hiking and spending time outdoors.
Stacy - Assistant
Stacy Thurston is a Certified Chiropractic Assistant. She graduated from the University of Oregon in 2002 with a B.S. in Public Relations. She is an experienced and certified personal trainer, recognized by the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM). She has specializations in corrective exercise and performance enhancement, and enjoys helping people meet their health and fitness goals.
In her free time, she likes exploring Oregons great outdoors and working in her garden.
Dinah - Assistant
Dinah MacVicar graduated from Western Oregon University in 2008 with a Bachelor of Science in Public Health with a focus in Human Biology.
She is a certified chiropractic assistant and has experience in post-operative rehab, as well as corrective exercise and strength training techniques. She enjoys helping others maintain a healthy and active lifestyle. In her free time, she enjoys being outdoors enjoying the beautiful Pacific Northwest.
Matthew - Assistant
Matthew Hauck is a 2009 Western Oregon University graduate with a Bachelor of Science degree in Exercise Science. He is an experienced and certified health fitness specialist, recognized by the American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM).
Matthew specializes in performance enhancement as well as health enrichment, and enjoys working with people on their journey toward lasting health and fitness.
In his time outside of the clinic, Matthew enjoys staying in shape, composing music and eating great cuisine.
