Your appointments will be completed on time so as not to interfere with the rest of your day.

We will be available to you for any pain-based emergencies at all times.

If you call us with an issue we will try to resolve it immediately. If we are with another patient when you call we promise to return your call the same day.

We will do everything possible to eliminate any unnecessary or non-productive appointments.

If a rare misunderstanding arises, we will schedule a separate time to sit down and discuss the issues in detail.

We will inform you when your extra help and attention is needed to achieve the best possible orthodontic result.
