For the parents of a child abusing drugs & alcohol even the ringing of the telephone can be a source of panic. The longer a child uses, the more intense the parental stress as one crisis follows another. The anticipation of disaster leaves these parents in chronic emotional pain. That pain can erode parents' abilities to enjoy and help other children in the family, and it can seriously damage a marriage. Few situations demand greater EMOTIONAL IQ.
This SIX-WEEK COACHING CLASS offers parents a realistic framework for dealing with difficult emotions so that they are able to think more clearly and make better decisions for themselves and their families.
Open enrollment. It is not necessary to be otherwise enrolled with Potentials.

To encourage family members & significant others to consider how the disease is affecting them so that they are able to imagine the possibility of change.
To connect them with available, affordable resources for recovery

Free for family members of clients enrolled with Potentials, LLC.
