Class Schedule - Time - Cost The “Poi” is a Maori word which means “ball on a string, swung around the body.” It is pronounced like “toy” but with a P.
Not only is Poi fun it is an excellent tool for exercise and even meditation. Don't worry, you won't be starting with fire.
