Sheila Walty is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, a Certified Executive Coach and a Certified People Map Trainer. She is a master's level counselor and business manager who has over 20 years of experience. Counseling focuses on mind, body spiritual and emotional considerations. Her specialty is trauma recovery using body centered a well as cognitive techniques. Executive coaching includes (EMDR) Eye Movement Therapy for Peak Performance as well as People Map Training and work with the One Page Business Plan. Trainings and Retreats are offered with emphasis on small business, entrepreneur, faith based and health care industries.
Sheila is energetic and results oriented. Her passion is to challenge others to Live life on Purpose with Honesty, Integrity and Authenticity.
