As a resident of Northridge, youll relax in an apartment decorated and furnished with your own personal touch and belongings. You’ll also have the opportunity to visit your neighbors or have them visit you. When family or friends come to town, they are always welcome to be overnight guests in your apartment at no charge.

RATES: Residency rates are flat monthly amounts. There are no up-front deposits other than a $300 pet fee if a resident has a dog or cat. In addition, expanded basis cable TV is free, there are no add-ons other than a flat $18/month for telephone, and there are no penalties for less than 30-day move-out. Rates will increase annually at an average of 4-6% per year. Call or come in for more information on residency rates.
