Site Reports and cliental requests are reviewed every morning. All information becomes incorporated into the days mix; jobs are prioritized, Work Orders are written and assigned to the field staff.

Each worker prepares for their day. Supervisors make the rounds. Plans are discussed and changes are implemented as needed. This process allows every person at Carols Colors to participate.
