August 5, 2009 To Our Patients at Thurston Medical Clinic Dr. Alison Erde will be leaving our clinic on September 1, 2009. We wish her the best and also miss having her in our practice. She bought Dr. Hirtz’s medical practice.
Our other doctors here at Thurston will be available and happy to continue to see those patients who have seen Dr. Erde. Those patients who want to continue with Dr. Erde will need to request a copy of their records be sent to her new practice.
Monday 8:30 a.m. to 6 p.m.
Tuesday through Friday 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Saturday 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
(Closing from 12:00-1:30 on Fri and Sat)
We have same day appointments.
We are accepting new patients, please call for information.

There are several vaccines available for patients. If you are in the following groups ask your physician about possible vaccines. For patients over 60 there is a vaccine to prevent shingles, for female patients between the ages of 9 and 26 the HPV vaccine, and for all patients between the ages of 11 to 21 for meningococcal vaccine. Remember to ask your physician, not all patients are able to have these vaccines.
As of January 1, 2009 we are closed to LOHP and Trillium.
