Strictly O is proud to add the Elk Lake Resort to the fine restaurants and cafes that serve our coffee. Other recent converts to Strictly O’s sustainable coffees are the Produce Patch, Allyson's Kitchen and Organic 2 Go in The Dalles and Hood River.
Meet our Farmers
Nueva Esperanza Cooperativa is a democratically run cooperative near the city of Condega, Nicaragua. Rhonda and Richard travel there every year in the Spring to see how sustainable practices are progressing and to show support for the coop and their environmental and social projects.

This expressive oil depiction of rural Central America was created by Esteban Camacho-Steffensen, Richard and Rhonda’s nephew. A citizen of both the US and Costa Rica, 19-year old Esteban is an art student at Pacific Northwest College of Art.

Music on announced Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays. Regulars include, Canaan Canaan (Originals in Japanese and English), Rebecca Smith (contemporary harp), Dan Chavers (Original and familiar folk ballads) and Joe Balsamo (Blues). A very popular and supportive Song Writers’ Open Mike, hosted by
local favorite, Dan Chavers, takes place Thursdays 6-8 PM.

Our coffee shop and café is a cozy place to spend some time. Enjoy the convenience of free wireless and bottomless drip coffee, sit by the mural while you watch the coffee being roasted and packaged or watch the world go by on our spacious patio. We serve our custom Organic Espresso drinks and home-made food and baked goods in locally made bowls and mugs or biodegradable take-away ware. Our Drive-thru is on the East side of the building for your convenience.
