Welcome...We would like to take this opportunity to welcome you to our practice. We are a progressive office offering the finest of dental care. You can be assured of quality service provided in a friendly, caring atmosphere.
Our Staff...Our staff members are trained health professionals. They will work closely with you and the Doctor throughout your treatment. You will see why they are a part of our team.
Your First Appointment...Your first visit will consist of a thorough examination and evaluation of your mouth. Some patients may require a second appointment for consultation, at which time we will discuss the problems that exist, the treatment alternatives, and the time and fee involved. Some patients may need additional x-rays, if not already taken by your referring dentist. Occasionally, diagnostic model impressions are needed to aid the Doctor in your treatment. The Doctor will be in constant communication with your General Dentist in order to help you achieve a healthy, long-lasting result.
Our Financial Policy...We make every effort to control the cost of your periodontal care. Fees for initial exam and/or emergency care are payable at the time of your appointment. If your periodontal care is extensive, we encourage you to speak with our Financial Coordinator and make financial arrangements.
Insurance...As a patient in this office, you may have questions about coverage provided by your dental insurance plan. We will help you by preparing the necessary forms for billing and preauthorization from your insurance company; we remind you that your policy is an agreement between you and your insurance company, not between your insurance company and our office. We will make no guarantee of any estimated coverage, but we will do our best to see that you receive your maximum benefits.
Emergency care...Emergency situations do arise, and we do our best to respond promptly. A 24-hour answering service is available and will reach the Doctor in the event of an emergency.
Preventive Care...Periodontal disease is the major cause of tooth loss in adults. By understanding the causes of periodontal disease, practicing good oral hygiene, and seeking regular professional care, you will be able to enjoy a healthier mouth for years to come.
