College and University Students
College and University students need fast and immediate computer repair. Both pick-up and drop-off service are available — we'll pick up your laptop at your dorm, apartment or home and save you a trip off-campus. Your laptop is returned quickly so that you can get back to using it as soon as possible.

Residential and Home Users
For our residential clients, we offer on-site troubleshooting, service and support for a variety of issues including virus removal, data recovery and network troubleshooting.

Windows, Macintosh & Linux
We provide service and support for Microsoft Windows® (including Windows 7, Vista and XP) and Apple Macintosh® operating systems (including OS X 10.4 - 10.6 Snow Leopard and the new iOS 4) and computers (including MacBook Pro and PowerBook laptops, iMac, iPad and iPhone). While most of our clients use Windows, an increasing number are starting to use Macs.
A recent trend for many business owners is a transition to a Linux-based system as a low-cost and reliable server. As such, we also support Linux/UNIX.

Virus Removal, Data Recovery & Emergency Troubleshooting
We primarily focus on three areas: Virus removal for infected or slow computers, data recovery for lost, damaged or deleted files and providing emergency, on-site response. All three are, essentially, various aspects of computer repair.

In addition to being authorized as a a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE), we also hold certifications as a Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) and Cisco Certified Design Associate (CCDA).
