The Costco of Roseburg project was the most highly anticipated, publicized, and contested private project to ever come to the Roseburg area. i.e. Engineering, Inc. played a critical role in the planning, design, and permitting of this landmark project.

Design of the Rose Village Planned Unit Development (PUD) is an ongoing project, road construction of the first phase began in August of 2004.

Rocky Ridge Planned Unit Development (PUD) is another ongoing project. The first unit (PUD 1) consisted of 39 lots and was completed in 2002.

Our firm utilizes Autodesk design software, which has become the industry standard for computer drafting and is used by a large portion of the computer-aided design market. We use AutoCAD Civil 3D as a core program for road and subdivision design combined with third party add-on packages such as Eagle Point Software and Haestad Methods Storm to provide job specific details and design.
