The Broadway Inn, Eugene Oregon, has been serving visitors in Downtown Eugene for many years. New owners have significantly upgraded the motel and more is being done. Our motel is superbly located truly in the Heart of Eugene just East of Downtown, close to the University of Oregon. We offer generous amenities, clean and tastefully decorated rooms and helpful staff.

The Broadway Inn offers a central and convenient location in the Eugene/Springfield area. We are at the corner where Coburg turns, merges into Broadway and continues to becomes Franklin Avenue. Walk two to three blocks and you are in the heart of downtown Eugene with lots of restaurants and stores. We are within several blocks from the University of Oregon, home of the mighty DUCKS. Across the street is the new Federal Court House. We are within easy walking distance to the Hult center for Performing Arts, the Fifth Street Public Market and the Sacred Heart Hospital center. We are located on Broadway between the Phoenix Inn and the Campus Inn, and walking close to the Eugene Hilton, all significanly more expensive to stay at. Our customers give us high ratings because we try harder.
Our rooms have been improved with new beds, drapes, carpets etc. We offer amenities that are important to our guests (free continental breakfast with our exclusive "surprise tray", free high-speed internet access and even a computer/printer kiosk if you did not bring your laptop). All our rooms are equipped with refrigerators, microwaves, hair dryers, irons and ironing boards. All our non smoking rooms have new comfy beds and now with our new laundry in place our sheets are fitted (so what's the big deal you say...the Hilton, Phoenix Inn and Red Lion Hotel all have that. Correct, but often they are $50 to $100 more). During the warmer season, our outdoor pool and outdoor seating are very popular. During winter we convert one of our rooms to a comfortable place to have your breakfast or meet your friends over a cup of coffee. The famous Mill Race (river) runs up to our parking lot and the WIllamette River walking paths are 3 blocks away.
Our continental breakfast is served in the lobby buffet style starting at 6 a.m. to better serve the early risers. Contractor rates are available to out of town companies doing work in Eugene.
The owner (Joseph), managers (David and Sandra) and staff are committed making us your home away from home while in Eugene. We are AAA rated and welcome AAA or CAA members. Don't let the li'l motel facade deter you, please come and stay with us, you will be pleasantly surprised by the hospitality, cleanliness and comfort.
the Eugene Broadway Inn has mostly non-smoking rooms but does offer a few smoking rooms. There are rooms in which pets (subject to limitations) are accepted. For pet friendly rooms or smoking rooms please contact us in person by email or phone. Sadly we do not offer handicap accessible rooms. We offer "pet free" rooms as well.
