We’ll clean it up, get rid of any pesky Windows viruses or spyware, and even remove the extra space-hogging gunk that many new machines are loaded with.
To keep your photos, music, and documents safe, we can help youselect a backup drive and make it Pretty Darn Simple to use.
Just Plain English We don’t expect you to learn a new language to use your computer. That’s our job.
In Person, Face to FaceWhen you call us, you talk to us directly. We don’t expect you to navigate an ever-changing telephone call center menu to get help, only to speak to some faceless robot reading from a script.We send an actual honest-to-goodness real human being straight to you.

If, for instance, we’re downloading a file that will take 30 minutes, we could just sit around twiddling our thumbs. However, we’d rather spend that time either tackling other issues for you or answering questions you may have.
Ill be holding informal office hours twice a week at TaborSpace (SE Belmont and 55th). These sessions are ideal for those who might have a quick question, or need a quick fix. If you have a few how the heck do I do that? questions, bring them along!
Ill have a Mac laptop and a WIndows netbook available for show and tell. If you have questions about your laptop, bring it along.
TaborSpace (http://www.taborspace.com) is a beatiful community coffee shop and gathering space in the heart of the Mt. Tabor neighborhood. Its located in the bell tower of the Mt Tabor Presbyterian. The shop is non-profit, so no purchase is required, but I encourage everyone to have a coffee or pastry and donate appropriately. I loved the brownies in particular.
