You can complete a request for information and send it to a prior counselor or prescriber, so that that information will be available before your appointment, in Release, Reg. Materials. There is also a copy of the privacy and financial agreements there.
Contacting your insurance (Insurances) to clarify copayments and deductibles, etc. is helpful. Sometimes they require your contact with them in order to pay (as in Pacificare and United Health Care). Some insurances require hardnose dealing, that Kathy, my receptionist, can provide for you. An examples of that is Value Options . Kathy, my receptionist, will gladly talk with you about your insurance. Cash is also an option (see Insurances).
