What would be the biggest advantage that I have over you if you have a pressure washer or are thinking about renting one????

Mine is Hot Water 150 digrees + to emulsafy the oils, greese, tar,syurpand gum not to mention sanatizing.
Plus I have the time when you may not. Most side walk work I do from 1:00am till 7:00am Usualy on Sunday mornings.
I also have 300 feet + of pressure hose. that way I don't have to keep moving around.
I also have a 500 gal tank if I need to be in remote areas where there is no water.
The pressur I have (3700 to 4000)is usualy Much greater than most average units.
I also can reach up to 24 feet if I need to with out using a manlift.
