CK3, LLC was created in 1972 by it's Parent Company "G&W Engineers", which was later renamed to "Gaschler & Cummings". "Gaschler & Cummings" was a General Civil Engineering Design and Surveying Services firm.
In 1998 after the joining of "Gaschler & Cummings" and "Edwards Engineering Services", the firm was renamed to "Edwards & Cummings".
"Edwards Engineering Services" was founded in 1976 and was primarily a structural engineering firm.
The merger of the two firms "Edwards & Cummings" and "K-3 Services, Inc." created "CK3, LLC" in 2006
"K-3 Services, Inc." was established in 2002 after the buyout of Northwest Construction Surveying and Testing. The firm specialized in Construction Surveying, GPS Services and specialized in data collection for use in GIS data bases
