We take lead remodeling very seriously and are an EPA lead certified renovator. We will test your home for lead based paint, outline our containment measures with you if it tests positive and educate you about the potential dangers that lead based paint put's your family in during our initial consultation. Federal law now mandates that only lead RRP (Restoration, Repair and Painting) certified contractors can work on homes that have lead based paint.
