Were it not for the view of Mt Hood, one might imagine that the lapping waters just a stone's throw from Lucier are the Hudson River or San Francisco Bay. But it is the Willamette River, and this storied waterfront has never seen such an elegant, sophisticated dining destination. The 7,600 square foot glass and steel structure houses a sleek, serene interior with a unique water feature, dramatic ceiling treatment and other distinctive elements conceived by Alvarez-Brock Design, the innovative design firm whose contributions can be seen in Le Cirque and Thomas Keller's renowned Per Se. From the main dining room and bar to the patio lounge, Lucier pushes the boundaries of Portland fine dining architecture, promising an exciting sensory discovery around every gorgeous curve and corner.
