VAR2 Joins the WaveQ Team

PORTLAND OR August 26, 2010. WaveQ, Inc., a technology and creative services consulting company, has completed its acquisition of VAR2 LLC's ERP practices, expanding WaveQ's business applications portfolio. VAR2 is a recognized leader in the midmarket ERP space. The acquisition enables WaveQ to support its customers with full service Microsoft-based offerings including Microsoft Dynamics SL, AX and CRM. As a Microsoft Gold Certified partner and Value-Added Reseller, the combined company currently supports over 100 customers. The acquisition extends WaveQ's portfolio of creative and technology solutions for mid-market to enterprise customers.

Together with VAR2's existing employees, VAR2 Principals Rob Hausner and Kim Damazo will join WaveQ assuming senior executive roles. Hausner and Damazo will focus on assisting clients with their ERP implementation, upgrade, and support needs. The VAR2 team joins Jay Omdahl, who is responsible for the Microsoft Dynamics AX practice at WaveQ. Jay brings more than a decade of Microsoft Dynamics AX experience to WaveQ having participated in over 28 Dynamics AX implementations.

With over 100 current customers, 60 of whom rely on WaveQ for critical ongoing support and maintenance of their ERP systems, WaveQ is quickly being recognized as a key partner for Microsoft-focused enterprises.
