This program allows sellers to list their home on the MLS while representing themselves and the opportunity save thousands in the process.
Realty Pacific Northwest will put your home in the MLS (RMLS) for a flat fee for one year. In doing so, the seller must agree to a commission for an RMLS real estate agent should they sell your home. If the house is sold without involvement from an agent, the seller pays no commission. Buyer's agent commission is typically between 2% and 3%. The commission amount is your choice.
