MEP Consulting LLC has been busy working on some new restaurants here in Oregon in addition to the McCormick & Schmicks we have completed throughout the USA.
Watch for the new Pudgys Restaurant in Seaside Oregon. They have decided to add to and remodel their existing facility. This project is being done with Ankrom Moisson Architects, as is the new SinJu Japanese Restaurant in at Clackamas Town Center.
Another food service project to note will be the new Cascade Station YoCream Yogurt Caf, architectural being done by DAO Architects.
We are also pleased to report the addition of a new client to our growing list. We were approached by Ridgeway Development to provide engineering, design and energy model for their new Ridgeway Stark Building, a LEED Office/Retail project located at 102nd and Stark here in Portland. Architectural will be done by Barry R Smith, P.C., Architects.
Another LEED project is the Oregon College of Art and Craft (OCAC), with the new DPP (Drawing, Painting & Photography) Building beginning construction and the new Metals Building and Library waiting in the wings. Located adjacent to the OCAC projects is the new Center for Arts building at theCatlin Gabel School, with the HVAC being designed by MEP Consulting LLC and built by Interstate Mechanical Contractors.
