Crossroads Premiere Health Care's goal is to teach patients how to care for themselves physically, emotionally, mentally and spiritually to attain maximum wellness. We facilitate the healing process by removing structural and functional barriers giving nourishment that allows the patients systems to recover and advance in health. Treatment Philosophy-

each wellness plan is unique to the patient depending on their wants and needs. It can be developed and revised depending on the practicality of the plan to what the patient can do.

Osteopathic Manipulative Treatment-

(OMT) involves hands-on manipulation to gently free areas of the body that have restricted motion. Treatment involves respect for the tissues as they are moved to more free motion through the use of several different techniques tailored for each specific patient problem.

Techniques used-

Cranial, Myofascial Release, Articulatory, Muscle Energy, Counterstrain, Facilitated Positional Release, High Velocity Low Amplitude and Visceral (internal organ) manipulation.

General Medical Care-

although no longer doing primary care in the inpatient setting, mainstream medication and diagnostics is used when appropriate.

Alternative Medicine-

when indicated saliva, urine, blood and/or stool analysis may be used for diagnosis and monitoring of treatment. Recommendations may include vitamins, herbs, glandulars and/or other natural means.

Consultations-

are done to provide preventative health advice and to obtain information on the use of more natural means to treat conditions.

Bethany Mondrawickas Beth has been with Dr. Sleszynski and Crossroads Premiere Health Care since August 1998.
Beth takes care of Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable and many miscellaneous items that keep the office running smoothly.
Beth is a Kenosha native, having lived here all of her life.
Beth attended local schools, graduated from Mary D. Bradford and then earned her Accounting degree from Gateway Technical College.
Outside of work, Beth enjoys being outdoors in her yard, camping and ATVing with her husband.
Her most enjoyment comes in gatherings with family and friends.
