I bought the 1 month supply and lost between 7-10lbs. I noticed that I cut down on snacking on biscuits crisps and sweets etc.
Combined with daily exercise this will work.
One other thing when taking this is make sure you drink lots of fluids because if you take these and don't drink enough fluids you will feel drained.

Worked for me - lost 10lbs
Well it wasn't really that difficult to be fair. I noticed the fact that I wasn't hungry so I eat less and it took me 5 weeks of this to lose my target of 10lbs. One word of warning though, I noticed that I sometimes starting eating at the time I usually eat even though I was not hungry. This obviously was silly! Stopped this and everything worked. Great diet pill.

For a mum like me, this was amazing.
Wow. Seriously - wow. I am always on the go and NEVER get time to eat anything good. I usually end up eating some chocolate or a sandwhich from the local shop... I have piled on the pounds.

I don't wake up hungry
