Barre is a beautiful combination of yoga, pilates, ballet, and functional training moves during a 60 minute total body workout. You will use ballet barres and light equipment such as pilates balls and hand weights to sculpt, strengthen, and stretch each targeted part of your body. Small isometric movements ensure that barre is low impact and safe and effective for all fitness levels. As you become more comfortable in barre, moves are easily modifiable with added weights and extra balance.
