.Welcome to Beacon House - one of the Eugene area's most beautiful locations to hold your next special event. This sixty-five year old Normandy styled home is surrounded by picture perfect landscaping, and includes both indoor and outdoor areas to accommodate up to 250 guests for:
MEETING AND RECEPTION HALL: New 5,000 sq. ft. facility includes carpeted, climate controlled rooms, sound system and dance floor. Sixty-inch round tables for 250 guests, skirted banquet tables and chairs are included. White table linens, punch bowl, cups, cake plates and forks are also furnished. Handicapped approved, of course.
DECK AND PAINTER'S GARDEN: Two-tiered 50 x 40 foot wooden deck with forty- inch round glass topped tables and chairs. The deck is enclosed by 6 foot cedar fence and surrounded by lush garden plantings. Focal point of garden is a four tiered fountain with brick garden paths leading to flower draped gazebo. Adjacent lawn area, capable of seating 250, is enclosed by landscaping that includes a rose-covered arbor and surrounding rose garden.
