Medford Open MRI is pleased to announce the arrival of our Hitachi OASIS Open MRI System. The OASIS is a true open MRI and offers a 270 degree unobstructed view for our patients which means our patients can always see out - all around, all the time - instead of staring at the inside of a tube.
We chose the Hitachi OASIS open MRI system because of its open architecture and strength. Patient satisfaction from a truly open MRI is obviously important to us, but to choose a magnet simply because it is ‘open’ would be a disservice if the magnet could not perform to the highest industry standards. The Hitachi OASIS offers the best of both worlds!!! The OASIS 1.2 Tesla high-field open magnet gives us the image quality for the diagnostic confidence expected by our radiologists and needed by our physician community.
