Advanced Marine Service, owned by Steve and Kathy Nelson, has been in business for the past 11 years, and Steve has been in the marine business for 35 years. Our services include inboard engine repair, engine installation and re-power (either at our facility or on-site), outdrive repair (all makes and models), and electrical. We take pride in providing excellent craftsmanship and customer service.
Advanced Marine Service is also an authorized Kodiak dealer for engines and jet pump sales and service. We specialize in inboard engine repair (all makes and manufacturers of fiberglass boats and aluminum jet boats). We service MerCruiser, OMC, Volvo Penta, and all other major manufacturers of inboard engines.
We also offer two acres of indoor and outdoor storagefor boats, RVs, cars, trailers, waverunners, etc. While your boat is in storage, Advanced Marine Service can also provide all maintenance and repairs. Our rates are reasonable and our storage is secure. All units are easily accessible upon request.
We are centrally located in Portland near the Mt. Scott and Happy Valley area with easy access to I-205.
