Effective November 1, TVWD is raising rates for water and services provided. This increase is for water rates only (not sewer or stormwater fees). Residential customers in an average household can expect a monthly increase of $0.94 per bi-monthly bill. 11-1-10
TVWD customers may have noticed a slight color change in the drinking water at their tap in the last few days. This change in color is typical for the Bull Run supply during the fall. This is a normal, seasonal variation in our unfiltered water supply. Water continues to meet all state and federal standards for safe drinking water. Posted 11-2
