Thank you for visiting our online store. While we are new at this, our business has been around for almost 4 years now. We hope that with each visit you will see improvements, as well as a number of static pages with helpful information, like maintenance tips, etc.

While we may not be able to compete head on with the big boys on the internet in pricing our products, our size allows us to provide more personalized attention. We will provide the professionalism and support you've come to expect from your local "mom and pop" business, and that is because we are a small business in a small community. Think of us as Mom and Pop meet the Internet.

We sell new and reconditioned Sewing Machines and Vacuum cleaners. We take most trade-ins, working or not. If you have a machine to dispose of, we'll take that off your hands too, just drop it off and we'll recycle as much as we can.

Brands we presently carry are Elna (owned and manufactured by Janome) and Singer sewing machines. Elna has an outstanding reputation for quality sewing machines dating back to 1940. If you haven't checked out Elna, you owe it to yourself to test drive one.

Purchasing 101: Don't give in to high pressure. We want to help you with your buying decision. We won't sell you a machine just because we feel we have to. All too often the best value for your money is a reconditioned machine. While it's our desire to have you purchase your next machine directly from us, we won't make a scene if you don't. At times you can find great bargains at yard sales, estate sales, etc. If you do, feel free to bring your machine in to us for a tune up.

Service 101: If you bring a machine in for service and the person assisting you refers to your machine as a piece of junk, or something similar, find another service. This is totally unprofessional and unethical. We will evaluate your machine (free of charge) and give you an estimate or offer a recommendation. You can then decide which option is best for your needs and your pocket book, not what's good for our bottom line.

Warranty: We are an authorized service center for Singer, Elna, Brother, Eureka, Royal, Dirt Devil, Hoover, Dust Care products and Panasonic. We have plans to add other companies to our list over time.

Walk-ins: We are more than happy to check out your machine at the time you bring it in. Often we can provide an accurate estimate for service or repairs at the time you bring it in. We do NOT perform unauthorized repairs and surprise you with the bill later. We always call with estimates, or revized estimates if we discover other issues not immediately apparent with our first inspection or testing. Once in a while we can mend a machine while you wait.
