Our Oven-Roasted Shellfish Bake with Oysters, Clams, Mussels and Crab comes to your table straight from the oven sizzling in a sauté pan.
To prepare the dish, our chefs toss the shellfish with garlic, shallots, dill and a splash of dry vermouth to develop a rich flavor as the seafood roasts in the oven. The dish will be topped with a light and crispy slaw of fennel and onions with fresh lemon and drawn butter served alongside. Perhaps a little "old school," but who doesn't love a baked potato?
