Once our employees complete all state training requirements and are fully licensed, we start training them again. Its that important, and yet another way were Setting Higher Standards. Every First Response employee, whether a security officer or technician, goes through a rigorous, custom training program, which may take up to three weeks to complete. At First Response, our customers expect more from us, because we expect more from our employees.
