Every one of us has something special at our core. It is what is alive in us, our spirit, the source of all power. The same power has created the whole universe. Spirit is one, it is whole, and it is infinite. It has unimaginable possibility.
The vehicle we use to make contact with spirit is called yoga. The practice of yoga in all its forms is about a deeply personal experience of the ultimate reality--what we in the West sometimes call God. Yoga is about the ability to feel our spirit, under every circumstance, and to allow it to be nourished and grow stronger.
The Movement Center offers you the opportunity to tap into the highest potential that exists for you as a human being. We support your growth as you awaken to the power of life within you, are enlightened by discovering the dimensions of that power, and become empowered to live a life of your own design.
Our community of kundalini meditation and yoga practitioners is based in Portland, Oregon, and holds programs in Santa Monica, California; New York, New York; Cambridge, Massachusetts; Seattle, Washington; and Copenhagen.
