Ankrom Moisan Associated Architects was formed in 1983 by Stewart Ankrom and Tom Moisan to provide integrated architectural, interior design and urban design services to our clients. The mission of Ankrom Moisan is quite simple: help our clients achieve success. We focus on understanding how each project fits with our client’s overall goals and how our design response will serve their best interests.
We have extensive experience with private sector developers, as well as public agencies and public-private partnerships. To truly be successful we believe a project has to serve both the public good and the private sector’s investment goals. We understand what it takes to create effective, productive development from both the private and public sector perspective.
Our portfolio includes affordable housing, apartments, condominiums, senior housing, healthcare, commercial office, hospitality and retail. Much of our work is in urban environments and many of our projects include a mix of uses. We are a national design firm with projects across the United States.
With offices in Portland and Seattle and a staff of 90, we have the resources of a large firm, but the open, collaborative culture of a small firm. Our services include Architectural Design, Interior Design, Sustainable Design, Urban Design / Planning and graphic design.
