Welcome to Fuji Ricetime Japanese Restaurant

Fuji Ricetime is a Japanese restaurant located in downtown Salem, Oregon. We serve a variety of sushi items as well as many traditional Japanese dishes. To best accommodate your needs, we operate on a partial self-service dining system during lunch hours. Full table service is offered during dinner hours. The restaurant is closed during the transition from lunch to dinner (2:30 - 5:00).
