Founded in 1944, Oregon Iron Works, Inc. (OIW) is a pioneering force in the Fabrication and Manufacturing Industries. The company began achieving success as a fabricator in the demanding hydroelectric, bridge and civil construction trades. From complex bridges to sophisticated military patrol craft, OIW also serves a variety of worldwide customers today that includes marine, aerospace, nuclear and renewable energy.
Oregon Iron Works continues its long tradition as an extremely innovative small business that is constantly adapting and expanding its core expertise in order to meet customer needs and program requirements. For example, with the largest custom CNC floor mill on the west coast, OIW is able to maximize the machining accuracy of large weldments by minimizing the amounts of set up and handling required.
