Please join us in welcoming our newest team member,
Tracy Snyder, Licensed Massage Therapist. Tracy specializes in CranioSacral Therapy and the Long Form of Shiatsu, as well as Swedish massage. CranioSacral therapy works with the central nervous system to help release tension deep within the body. It is especially helpful for chronic pain like fibromyalgia and those recovering from accidents, injury or trauma. Shiatsu is based in Chinese medical theory, and is composed of acupressure and stretching to release chronic pain and improve the circulation of blood, lymph and chi. We are excited to be able to offer these new modalities to you!

I have suffered from periodic back pain for many years. After a particularly bad time three years ago, a friend recommended Pathways Therapeutic Health Center for massage . My back felt significantly better after the first session and after a few more sessions, my back pain was gone. Since then I include monthly massage sessions in my personal health routine. My monthly massage is not a luxury, but is integral to my wellness and is as necessary to my mental and physical well being as regular exercise and a healthy diet. My therapist is wonderful, her massages give me new energy and she also has a great sense of humor.
I highly recommend Pathways Therapeutic Health Center and encourage everyone to include massage in their personal health routine!
