Bridgecreek Memory Care is the only free-standing Alzheimer's endorsed community in Lebanon and the surrounding area. We are very proud to be serving Linn County and we strive to create comfortable and secure, yet non-confining environment for our residents. Thanks to our size (20 apartments with 39 beds) our belief is that our residents are part of our extended family.
We are an Alzheimer's community that is able to support the development of genuine bonds between the residents we care for and the staff we support. This results in intimate knowledge and understanding of each residents' needs. Our staff is highly skilled and undergoes ongoing training, though we also emphasize the value of individual approach combined with a compassionate attitude. Being attentive to the unique requirements of an individual is equally important as expert clinical knowledge of caregiving. Being a part of a small community gives us a deeper appreciation for the network of neighbors and businesses Lebanon has to offer. We stay connected with local providers and utilize local health resources in order to bring our resident the best care. It is this coordination of resident, staff, family members and local health care professional contacts that we've created an Alzheimer's home that is able to support our residents personal, social, spiritual and medical needs. Through this approach, we feel as though we have truly established a community, not a mere memory care unit.
Bridgecreek Memory Care is located in the city of Lebanon, geographically positioned along the Santiam River in western Oregon near the foothills of the Cascade Mountains in Linn County. This lovely small town of about 20,000 is also known as the home to the World's Largest Strawberry Shortcake, which has been served annually since 1909 at the historical Strawberry Festival.
