Our lead home designer Steve Van Sant has been designing homes for over 35 years. Throughout your build you will be in contact with the project manager on a very regular basis and also with the estimating and quality control members of our team as often as you need.

2009 is a very exciting year for Pacwest. We are a preferred builder for the prestigious Tetherow golf course community and our first homes are out of the ground and looking great.
