Ochoco Care Center is a 47-bed skilled nursing community located just across the street from Pioneer Memorial Hospital in Prineville, Oregon. Ochoco Village Assisted Living is conveniently connected to the skilled nursing care community by a bridge.
Ochoco Care Center offers both long-term and skilled care, and specializes in Alzheimer’s Care. Ochoco Care Center’s secure unit allows residents with dementia and other cognitive disorders the protective environment under the care and supervision of trained dementia specialists. Ochoco Care Center is the only secured skilled care community specializing in dementia care in the Greater Prineville Area.
At Ochoco Care Center, residents can choose between a number of activities each day, including arts and crafts, outings and individual interests that keep residents active. Please ask for the monthly activity calendar when you call.
