We charge $240 an hour. We require a non-refundable retainer equal to our estimate of the lowest amount that will be required to resolve the case, and additional payments if the hours expended exceed the estimate. Minimum retainers are $4,000 for state misdemeanor cases, $6,000 for state court felony cases, $12,000 for federal court criminal cases, and $8,000 for civil litigation. David accepts serious accident cases on a contingent basis.
