Boiler Law Firm is one of Oregon's many small, agile and capable law firms. With more than 20 years experience in private practice throughout the state and particularly southwestern Oregon, our practice focuses on complex civil litigation emphasizing real property, business and commercial transactions. We have broad and deep experience representing individual and corporate clients locally, regionally, nationally and occasionally, internationally.
Quality legal representation is no longer a luxury for individuals and smaller businesses, even in a rural state such as Oregon. With today's global economy and information technology, legal advisors must practice to a standard of care once uncommon in more rural areas of the nation. Our strength is recognizing that reality, and acting on it with all the resources available to modern law offices anywhere in the United States.
With this in mind, our goal is to provide quality legal representation for all our clients at a fair and reasonable cost. We have established and insist upon high legal and ethical standards, and although we are a small firm, we have a well recognized reputation for tenacity, innovation and professionalism. We insist our employees, contract staff and affiliated offices abide by these standards.
We employ experienced legal support staff to make the time our attorneys spend on your behalf more efficient. Because our office is located in Eugene, Oregon, near the campus of the University of Oregon School of Law, we also have access to some of the best teaching faculty, library and technical materials in the nation. Our proximity to the University allows us regularly to employ the legal research and writing skills of exceptional law students, before they are licensed as attorneys. This practice makes attorney time on task more efficient, while reducing cost to the client. Upon graduation our legal researchers often join the firm as employee-associate attorneys, or in "Of Counsel" contract relationships, thereby adding the benefit of years of training within the firm's client base.
